Users Day - Open Source ITSM/ESM - 2023

“JUD ITSM/ESM 2023” took place on November 14 and 16. We would like to express our gratitude to the participants and speakers who took part in this event. Once again, this year, the event was organized remotely, enabling it to be broadcast on two continents. We were delighted to welcome you to this fourth edition, organized by our digital solutions development and integration team. The feedback we received showed a high level of satisfaction with the conferences and the overall organization of the two half-days.
It's vital for us to continue to organize this event for users of the Open Source ESM/ITSM solutions we distribute. It offered the community the opportunity to get together, exchange ideas and discover new aspects of their software(s). The “JUD” also enabled representatives of the organizations present to interact directly with the software publishers. We would like to express our sincere thanks to them for their invaluable contribution.
