On the 14th of November, the “JUD ITSM/ESM 2019” took place. We would like to thank the participants, the speakers and all the other stakeholders who helped us in organizing this event. It was a pleasure to welcome you to this first event organized by our development and digital solutions integration team. The feedback showed a very high satisfaction level of the proposed conferences as well as the general organization of the day.
It has been important for us to organize this event for users of Open Source Enterprise and Information Technology Service Management (ESM/ITSM) solutions of which we are distributors. This allowed the community to meet, exchange and discover other aspects of their software(s). The JUD also allowed the representatives of the organizations present to exchange directly with the software publishers. We warmly thank them for their excellent contribution.
