Opportunity analysis for the physical management of IP telephone positions

We participated in a Telecom D project initiative with the objective to deliver an in-house Opportunity Analysis (customer-driven) Management of IP Telephony (IMAC) trips.
Activities carried out in the mandate :
- Conducting an opportunity analysis to enhance the delivery of IP Telephony IT services
- Animation of a workshop with stakeholders
- Documentations of needs, issues, gaps and impacts
- Deliverable of a recommendation and a project implementation plan
