iTop CMDB for healthcare in Quebec

An important healthcare organization in Quebec acquired a Professional version of iTop CMDB for its production environment.
The Synairgis team helped this organization at every key project milestones as a solution integrator and a Service Assets and Configuration Management process expert.
The service included the following activities:
- Present SACM reference process and governance documentation
- Analyse solution architects requests
- Advise architects on key decisions
- Provide training workshops and solution presentations
- Implement proof of concepts for the setup of certain features
- Implement advanced customization as requested by the client
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support, in coordination with Combodo
Volume of data : about 20,000 service configuration items (CI)
CI types : office IT, servers (physical, virtual), software
Several experts from our team were implicated, mainly remotely but occasionally on site, at the client's location.
Our main deliverables were :
- Provided the reference process and detailed activities based on the ITILv3 framework
- Provided an assets & configuration management plan
- Conducted training workshops
- Provided technical assistance for the integration of several Combodo extensions:
