Implantation of a method for defining service levels according to ITIL V3

From 2009 to 2010, SYNAIRGIS implemented a methodology for the definition of ICT service levels according to the ITIL V3 framework for a large Quebec company.

The project included a detailed study of the client’s context and requirements, the definition and implementation of processes and procedures and the design of document templates. The methodology was designed using Microsoft Visio and presented in a dynamic and practical online format.
