iQ7 2019 Annual Conference - Montreal

For the third year in a row, Synairgis had the great pleasure of hosting a conference on October 24, 2019, at Qualiti7’s IQ7 2019 event. The theme of our conference this year was “Adopting ITIL as an Enterprise Service Management Model (ESM)”. Faced with a friendly and dynamic audience, we presented definitions, explanations and examples from our project experiences.
We were able to share examples of service catalogue contents including portions dedicated to the management of building mechanics and others more conventionally dedicated to the management of information technologies. We also unveiled a graphical representation of the components of the various enterprise services, thanks to the powerful features of the iTop CMDB.
