OCS collector for iTop and TeemIP

The Synairgis and FactorFX teams developed a new OCS collector for iTop and TeemIP for an important healthcare organization in Quebec.

The collector enables regular automated OCS Inventory NG discovery data imports to iTop. It was designed to support iTop TeemIP extension as well.

We used OCS Inventory NG’s Data Collector open source extension available from Combodo’s iTopHub as a starting point.

The main development tasks were executed by FactorFX’s team.

The Synairgis team was involved at every key milestones of the project as solution integrator :

• Coordinate the project
• Assist the client's team in deploying the solution
• Execute functional testing
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support, in coordination with FactorFX
