In the course of 2018 a major American Industrial Company with subsidiaries in several countries requested the management and integration team the assistance with the integration and deployment of the GLPI software.
Our technical team specializing in the integration and development of Open Source software, assisted them in setting up and configuring the software and installing technical prerequisites. The project required an effort of 35 days in total divided into several stages structured over 4 months.
In addition, our ITIL certified consultants offered several distance training courses in English and French on ITIL Management Processes, linked to ITSM tools. This training was adapted to the context and language of each of their entities located in Europe and the United States.
Following the integration of the tool, a customized training was offered to groups of ten people spread over a few weeks during the summer of 2018. We also provided process and procedure content in English and French.
The Synairgis team works remotely and delivers deliverables ready for integration. We made the Customer Service Management platform available to the client so he could send his requests for assistance.
