ITIL software selection

In 2009, SYNAIRGIS aided the IT department of one of our partners (an institution in the healthcare field) with the selection of IT infrastructure management software integrating ITIL practices.
To accomplish this we identified the functional needs of the IT team and designed a decision matrix. After meeting with available suppliers (both Canadian and international) and assessing their products we completed the decision matrix and provided our recommendation to the client.
