iTop for Telus

November 2016 in Montreal, the IT Solution Integration Team of SYNAIRGIS 'Digital Solutions Division (DSN) assisted Telus in integrating iTop, a new TI Process Management Tool published by Combodo of which we are the official distributor in Canada.
We participated in the project as Expert Integrator for the development team bringing our iTop product expertise within a Project Team involving more than twenty stakeholders spread all over Quebec.
The service included the following activities:
- Analyze the requests of business analysts; Inform analysts of the possibilities offered by the tool
- Advise them accordingly in their decision-making
- Perform the customizations requested by the customer
- Test the changes and deploy them
- Ensure the relationship with the editor of iTop
- Take over the support of Level 1 and Level in coordination with Combodo.
Several of our team's advisors worked mainly remotely or sometimes at Telus. The project has taken a significant scale in our client.
Our main deliverables were :
- Configuration of the incident modules, user request and tool change, adapted to the customer
- Enhanced self-service portal
- Creation of new web services New classes of CIs
