Management of technical assets training

As part of the Hewlett Packard Asset Manager 9.30 Software Implementation Project for a major Banking Institution, the SYNAIRGIS Team put together a Training Plan adapted to the Client's context.
This training consists of 4 modules :
- Module A - Introduction and basic concepts
- Module B - Asset Management and Basic Navigation
- Module C - Software Asset Management Module
- Module D - Contract Management
Over thirty people attended this training spread over several weeks at the end of 2013. We were able to evaluate the participants' satisfaction rate at more than 95 %. A great collective success users / trainer.
