A renawal solution for management of ICT asset contracts

Managing contract renewals for your technology assets is sometimes a complex exercise. This is an important activity because it must allow you to control the costs, terms and conditions of your different contracts.
Our team has designed a range of wizards that can be used in HP Asset Manager to prepare for the renewal of these contracts.
The solution we have developed offers a whole set of features that simplify the user's tasks in the system :
- Viewing rents in a calendar
- Functions for renewing several contract rents at the same time for the required periods
- Contract expenditure tracking function, comparison with initial budgeted amounts
The wizards are available for Asset Manager versions 9.x.
